What I collect
When you order: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, pincode and your bag design. If you make an account: your email, and your name and photo if you sign in with Google. If you leave a review: your review text, photos, display name and city.
Why
To make and deliver your bag, to message you about your order on WhatsApp, to run your account and coupons, and to show approved reviews on this site.
Who handles it
The site runs on Vercel and stores data with Supabase. Your pincode is checked with public pincode lookup services. Your delivery address is shared only with India Post to deliver your parcel. I do not sell your data.
Analytics
I use Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data any time by messaging me on WhatsApp (+918977527558), or by emailing support@lavandevalley.com. Reviews you have published can be removed on request.
