Changing your order
You can change details until I start sewing. That is what the WhatsApp check is for. After your bag is under the needle, changes may not be possible.
Why returns are limited
Bags are made specially for you from the choices you approved, so I cannot take them back because of a change of mind.
If something is wrong
If your bag arrives damaged, or is different from what we confirmed, message me on WhatsApp or at support@lavandevalley.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). I will repair, remake or refund, whichever suits the problem.
Advance payments
If you cancel before I start sewing, your advance is refunded. Once sewing has started, the advance covers materials and work already done and is not refundable.
