Made to order
Every bag is cut and sewn after you order it. When I confirm your order on WhatsApp I share an estimated making time based on my queue at that moment.
How it ships
I ship across India by India Post Speed Post. The delivery cost is calculated from your pincode while you order and is added to your total.
The day your bag is posted I send you the India Post tracking ID on WhatsApp.
Balance before shipping
I take a 50% advance to start sewing. The balance is due before I ship.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed or marked delivered but you do not have it, message me on WhatsApp or at support@lavandevalley.com and I will help you follow it up with India Post.
