LavandeValley began with a simple idea: the bag you carry every day should feel like it was made just for you, because it was.
Every piece here is made by hand, one at a time. There is no warehouse of unsold stock. When you finish designing, I confirm the details with you on WhatsApp, and only then does the first stitch happen.
The name comes from lavender fields at dusk: soft, calm and a little bit magical. That is the feeling I try to stitch into everything I make.

You pay a 50% advance by UPI and your bag goes under the needle.
I post it with India Post and send you the tracking ID on WhatsApp.

No. Placing an order only sends me your design and address. I message you on WhatsApp to confirm, and then you pay a 50% advance by UPI. The balance is due before I ship.
Yes, until I start sewing. That is exactly what the WhatsApp check is for. Once your bag is under the needle, changes are much harder, so please look everything over carefully.
I ship across India by India Post Speed Post. The delivery cost is worked out from your pincode while you order, and you get a tracking ID on WhatsApp the day it is posted.
Each bag is made from scratch, so I share an estimate when I confirm your order on WhatsApp, based on what is in my queue at that moment.
